Serie A round 5 round-up: results, scorers and table

Round 5 of Serie A ends with three teams sharing top spot. Roma, Inter and Lazio all move to 13 points after the weekend's results. The biggest scoreline belongs to AC Milan, who cruised past Lecce 3-0 at San Siro thanks to goals from Pulisic, Rabiot and Diego Moreira.

At the bottom, Venezia remain the only side yet to pick up a point after a home defeat to Lazio.

Round in brief

Bologna 1-1 Torino - Bernardeschi put Bologna ahead in the 14th minute, but Kulenović equalised for Torino in the 77th.

Udinese 0-1 Cagliari - Daniel Maldini's 54th-minute strike settled the game in Cagliari's favour.

Roma 2-2 Inter - A brace from Manu Koné (6' and 37') put Roma 2-0 up, but Lautaro Martínez struck twice himself, in the 46th and 79th minutes, to level the match.

Venezia 0-2 Lazio - Zaccagni opened the scoring from the penalty spot in the 51st minute, before Noslin doubled the lead in the 60th.

Fiorentina 1-1 Napoli - Gilmour gave Napoli the lead in the 23rd minute, with Jiménez equalising for Fiorentina in the 51st.

Parma 2-1 Genoa - David Romero broke the deadlock in the 38th minute. Osmajic levelled for Genoa in the 70th, but Almqvist's 80th-minute goal won it for Parma.

Frosinone 2-0 Como - Calò opened the scoring in the 14th minute, and Kvernadze doubled the lead deep into first-half stoppage time (45+3').

Juventus 2-0 Atalanta - Conceição broke through in the 28th minute, with Bremer adding a second in the 77th.

AC Milan 3-0 Lecce - Milan's win was completed by goals from Pulisic (14'), Rabiot (61') and Diego Moreira (73').

The table

Three teams now sit level at the top on 13 points: Roma, Inter and Lazio all boast identical records of four wins and one draw from five matches. The difference lies in the numbers - Roma have conceded just 3 goals, the best defensive record among the trio, while Inter have scored the most (15) but also conceded the most (8) of the three.

Cagliari sit just behind on 12 points, boasting the league's best defence overall with only 2 goals conceded in five games. Milan are fifth on 11 points following their win over Lecce.

At the other end of the table, things look tougher. Venezia are the division's only team still on zero points after five rounds. Genoa sit second from bottom with a single point, while Bologna round out the relegation zone on 2 points, still without a win this season.
