Hungary beat Ukraine 2-1 in Trnava in the Nations League, with goals from Milan Tóth and Mark Csinger either side of a Yaremchuk equaliser.

The match
Egor Nazaryna picked up the first yellow card of the night in the 20th minute. Hungary took the lead in the 52nd minute through Milan Tóth. Five minutes later, Dániel Lukács was booked.
Ukraine made a triple change in the 60th minute, bringing on Matviy Ponomarenko, Vladyslav Veleten and Igor Krasnopir for Roman Yaremchuk, Maksym Khlan and Vladyslav Vanat. Hungary responded with substitutions of their own: Lukács replaced Jurek in the 61st minute, and Alex Tóth came on for Szűcs in the 62nd.
Ukraine made another change in the 70th minute, sending on Oleg Ocheretko for Oleksandr Pikhalyonok. Two minutes later, Hungary brought on András Schäfer and Milan Tóth in place of Rajmund Tóth and Jozsef Szalai.
Rajmund Tóth was booked in the 78th minute. The game turned late on: in the 83rd minute, Roman Yaremchuk, who had been brought back on at the hour mark, equalised for Ukraine. The joy was short-lived, though, as Mark Csinger restored Hungary's lead in the 85th minute, assisted by Rajmund Tóth, making it 2-1.
In the closing stages, both sides made further changes: Ukraine replaced Nazaryna with Ivan Varfolomeev in the 86th minute, while Hungary brought on Dominik Szoboszlai for Áron Csongvai in the 87th.
